Emergency Services

Broken and Fractured teeth

Fillings, bondings, caps or crowns can be used to repair a tooth that has broken due to a fall, receiving a blow to the face, or biting down on something hard.

Abscessed tooth

A painful infection at the root of a tooth or between the gum and a tooth.

Root canal

Removal of the nerve and pulp of a tooth that is badly decayed or infected in order to repair and save the tooth.

Crowns

A dental crown is a tooth-shaped "cap" that covers a badly decayed or damaged tooth to restore its shape and size, strengthen it, and/or to improve its appearance.

Bridges

Dental bridges fill the gap created by one or more missing teeth. A bridge is made up of two crowns for the teeth on either side of the gap and a false tooth/teeth in between.

Broken appliances

Emergency Dental can repair retainers or other dental appliances that break.

Fillings

Decayed teeth can be sensitive and painful. These decayed spaces, called cavities, are repaired with fillings. An Emergency Dental dentist will remove the decayed spot on the tooth, then "fill" that area to seal it and prevent further decay. Fillings also can be used to fix broken or cracked teeth.

Broken fillings

Fillings used to repair cavities or repair cracked/broken teeth can fall out or break. These fillings can be replaced at Emergency Dental.

Extractions

Teeth are extracted, or pulled, to relieve a crowded mouth, remove wisdom teeth, fight gum disease or reduce infection. They are also extracted when they are so broken or decayed they can't be repaired.

Dental Accidents & Trauma

If a tooth is damaged or lost due to trauma, such as a car accident or sports injury, call Emergency Dental as soon as possible. When you come to the office, bring the broken or lost tooth with you. We will take immediate steps to save the tooth and repair the injury.

Swollen jaw

Emergency Dental will evaluate a swollen jaw to check for signs of infection or abscess, tooth decay, gum disease, injury, or wisdom teeth coming in improperly.

Implants

Dental implants are replacement metal posts or frames that are surgically inserted into the jawbone beneath your gums. Once in place, they allow your dentist to mount replacement teeth onto them.

Denture Repair

If your full or partial dentures break and need immediate repair, Emergency Dental can fix your dentures in our offices—often while you wait.

Nitrous oxide/Oral sedation

In addition to the local anesthetic to numb the pain, Emergency Dental offers oral sedatives, such as Valium, to manage anxiety.

General Services

Take advantage of Emergency Dental’s extended hours and experienced doctors to have needed dental work completed on your schedule! Call Emergency Dental to set up a convenient appointment for any of these general dental services.

Cleanings

Teeth are cleaned by a hygienist to remove built-up plaque and tartar.

Whitening

In the dentist's office, whitening product is applied directly to the teeth and processed with heat, a special light, and/or a laser. A treatment usually takes 30 to 60 minutes with results seen immediately.

Implants

Dental implants are replacement metal posts or frames that are surgically inserted into the jawbone beneath your gums. Once in place, they allow your dentist to mount replacement teeth onto them.

Wisdom teeth

Wisdom teeth are the third and final set of molars that most people get in their late teens or early 20s. Sometimes these teeth are misaligned and must be removed.

Dentures: full/partial

A denture is a removable replacement for missing teeth and surrounding tissues. Complete dentures are used when all the teeth are missing, while partial dentures are used when some natural teeth remain. Emergency Dental can create and fit new dentures for patients, or repair broken dentures.
