Meet the experienced dentists at Emergency Dental in Omaha. All of our doctors have years, if not decades, in dentistry to quickly recognize and treat almost any dental emergency.
Dr. Maria Dreeszen
Emergency Dental Omaha would like to welcome Dr. Maria Dreeszen. Dr. Dreeszen is a graduate of Union College (2014) and Creighton University School of Dentistry (2019). She joined the Emergency Team following her graduation. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys exercising and reading. She loves going back to her hometown, Revere, Mass., for beach days and family time. If she had any superpower it would be to teleport, with her list of travel destinations on her bucket list this power would allow her to explore the world
Dr. David Verbik
Emergency Dental Omaha has the pleasure of introducing Dr. David Verbik. Dr. Verbik is a graduate of Briar Cliff College (B.S. in Biology, 1989), University of Nebraska Medical Center (Ph.D in Cell Biology, 1996), and The University of Iowa’s College of Dentistry (DDS, 2002). He has been with the Emergency Team since 2017. In his free time, he likes to grow and care for bonsai trees. He also enjoys spending time with his family, specifically his wife and kids. If he could have any superpower it would be the power of calmness, confidence, and relaxation. He believes with these combined he would be able to better serve his patients and ensure their experience is not scary. He also would want to have the power of explanation to help put them at ease and understand the necessary procedures and care.
Dr. Derek Fender
Emergency Dental Omaha would like to introduce Dr. Derek Fender. Dr. Fender is a two-time graduate of Creighton University (B.S. in Biology and DDS, 1992). He returned to the Emergency Team in 2018. In his free time, he enjoys investing and Bible/Scripture Study. He also enjoys reading and fitness. If could have any super power it would be “divine healing”.
