No insurance? No problem at Emergency Dental

What are my options with no insurance?

dental insurance“How am I going to pay for this?”  This is a common reaction when a dental emergency strikes. A majority of patients at Emergency Dental do not have dental insurance. We have multiple options for patients with no insurance. Nearly 60% of adults who said they plan to visit the dentist within the next year did not go because of the cost.

You bit into something a little too hard, got in an accident at soccer practice or maybe even woke up in deeply-rooted mouth pain in the middle of the night and what’s your first thought? The spiral of panic comes crashing down, “How much is this going to cost me?” “What if they make me pay upfront and I don’t have anything?” We try our best to make sure patients do not have to turn down treatment due to payment.

CareCredit

From pet care, beauty care, dental and more, CareCredit helps your family afford the care you need. So how does CareCredit work? CareCredit is a healthcare credit card that has no interest options as long as you make your payments on time.

One of the biggest stressors patients have is hoping their health insurance covers their procedure; which, many times, it doesn’t. CareCredit covers many of those procedures that fall straight through dental insurance coverage package.  CareCredit allows patients to pay for copayments, deductibles and prescriptions to care for the rising out-of-pocket costs.

In House Financing

No insurance? No problem! Many of our Emergency Dental locations offer in house financing for patients with no insurance. Our in house financing programs require a down payment at the time of service with the option to make monthly payments for the remainder of the cost.

Don’t forget about the consequences of delaying treatment. Paying for care may seem expensive but neglecting care may cost you time and money in the long run. A simple filling could turn into a lengthy treatment plan if put off for too long. Remember, at Emergency Dental, we will help you navigate your insurance and figure out other financial arrangements to get the care you need
